Our Story
It all started with a blog...
Our business has evolved over time through the love of dogs and
helping owners keep their pets healthy.
We started back in 2013 sharing Raw Feeding information on a blog called
Rawsome Vizslas. This blog grew huge and before we knew it we were
helping dogs from all around the world transition to a raw diet and help
them relieve health conditions simply by changing their diet. We asked
for no payment for this, we really were in it to help!
Our passion for raw feeding and the natural approach to dogs was always
increasing and thirst for knowledge continued. This took us through training courses, seminars etc and even becoming certified in Zoopharmacognosy (the treatment of animals with herbs).
In 2019 we took the plunge and opened our first Raw Shop inside Grangewood Garden Centre, Tamworth.
News of our opening quickly got around and the demand for our products
and advice rocketed. Meaning after just 18 months we had outgrew our
shop and moved to a brand new cabin build specifically for us by
Grangewood.
Now fully kitted out with a huge walk in freezer and 4 highly trained
wonderful staff it allowed us the opportunity to take Pure and Raw to
the next level.
Having now outgrew our cabin in the garden centre, we have now moved to a much bigger and better unit which we have transformed into a Raw Food Superstore!
